Connecting to TradersPost

TradersPost simplifies automated trade execution by connecting TradeShields to your broker.

How to configure:

  1. Select TradersPost from the Send alerts to dropdown in Alerts Settings.

    Enter your TradersPost Key in the corresponding field:

    • Log in to your TradersPost account.
    • Navigate to the API section and copy your API Key.

    • Paste the API Key into TradeShields.

      Configure your trading rules in TradersPost:

    • Map alerts from TradeShields to specific strategies or brokers.

Example:

  • TradersPost Key: abc123def456
  • Rules:
    • Long alerts trigger a buy order with your broker.
    • Short alerts trigger a sell order with your broker.

Tips:

  • Use TradersPost for direct broker integrations to automate trade execution.
  • Ensure your broker supports API trading with TradersPost.
