Filtering by Indicators (EMA, Supertrend, Ichimoku Cloud)

TradeShields offers several indicators to filter trades based on higher timeframes:

• EMAs (e.g., 50 EMA, 200 EMA): Check if the price is above or below key moving averages.
• Supertrend: Confirm trends based on volatility and trend strength.
• Ichimoku Cloud: Ensure price aligns with cloud-based support or resistance.

How to configure:

1. Enable Higher Timeframe 1 or Higher Timeframe 2.
2. Select an indicator from the dropdown menu (e.g., 200 EMA, Supertrend, Ichimoku Cloud).

Example:

• Enable 50 EMA to allow trades only when the price is above the EMA on the selected higher timeframe.
• Use Supertrend to confirm entries during strong trending markets.

Tips:

• Use EMAs for smoother trend signals.
• Combine Ichimoku Cloud with other filters for more robust strategies.
