Setting Maximum Trades Per Day, Week, or Month

To prevent overtrading, TradeShields lets you set limits on the number of trades your strategy can execute within a given period.

How to configure:

1. Locate the following inputs under Risk Management:
   • Max trades per day
   • Max trades per week
   • Max trades per month
2. Toggle the checkbox to enable the desired limit.
3. Enter the maximum number of trades in the corresponding field.

Example:

• If you want to execute up to 3 trades per day but no more than 10 trades per week, enable both Max trades per day and Max trades per week and set the limits accordingly.

Tips:

• Start with conservative limits while testing your strategy.
• Use weekly or monthly limits for swing trading strategies to prevent overexposure.
